She was all ready familiar with my work and was completely open with the design. I sought out a drawing that fit her unique perspective on art and tattooing while still honoring the way I like to work. The moth wings came directly from reference, and were layed out to create a sort of angelic look. Strangely enough, the leaves I used as filler formed a hidden star shape.
